James Ruder

James Ruder
James Ruder is married to his wife Carine and they are the proud parents of three children - Dylan, Devan, and Emma. He resides in Castle Pines, Colorado and attends Jubilee Fellowship Church where he was introduced to the Lost Children of Peru. His family first traveled to Peru in the spring of 2013 with a group from Jubilee Fellowship and, after experiencing his own “defining moment,” James has returns to Peru whenever he can.

James is the owner of L&R Pallet Service, a wooden pallet recycling and manufacturing company that his father launched in 1974. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of the business, he spends much of his time developing his “internal” ministry within the marketplace by employing refugees from Burma. Before joining the family business, James was pursuing a career in the medical field and holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Colorado State University.

Patrick McDuff

Pat McDuff

Pat McDuff serves as Secretary of the Board of the Lost Children of Peru and as Chief Executive Officer of California Fueling LLC, founded in 2017 to expand the use of renewable fuels in California under the Low Carbon Fuel Standard.  Pat also serves as President of Hull Partners LLC, a technology and trademark licensing company.  Pat has spent almost thirty years in the chemical industry serving in various capacities.

Nathan Rose

Nathan Rose
Nathan Rose is married to his wife Susie and he is the proud father of seven children - Alex, Brooklyn, Hudson, Morgan, Anna, Adriana, and Addison. Nathan and his family reside in Parker, Colorado and they attend The Sanctuary Denver. He was first introduced to the Lost Children of Peru when he and his daughter Morgan visited Peru on a mission trip in March of 2015. Nathan has remained involved with the organization since that trip.

​Nathan is the CEO and President of Luminous Forensics, a forensic consulting company in Greenwood Village, Colorado. His background is in engineering and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in a forensic setting since 1998 and he spends his days analyzing car crashes and testifying about his findings.

Don Hanson

Don Hanson
Don and Shirleen Hanson are the parents of 5 children and reside in Castle Rock, Colorado where they attend Shine Church.  Don and Shirleen spend their spare time with their children and grandchildren in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.  

​Don, Shirleen and son August participated in a mission trip to Costa Rica in 2015, after which, they felt led to do more work with the poor and/or orphaned children of Latin America.  As they explored different opportunities for partnership, they were introduced to Larry Goode and the Lost Children of Peru organization.  Don and Shirleen immediately felt a strong connection to Larry’s work, passion and the heart of Jesus that he has for these children.

Don holds a B.A. in the Management of Human Resources from Colorado Christian University and spent 12 years in corporate human resources before starting his own business within his passion for construction.  Don is a Licensed General Contractor, Insurance Adjuster and the owner of Full House Construction & Design, Inc.  Don has implemented a “Work as Worship” corporate culture at the company and feels charged with the responsibility of stewarding the business that God has provided to him while using it as a means for serving his staff, customers and community​

Johana Butcher

Johana Butcher was born in Bogota, Colombia, and moved to Colorado in 2000. She married Michael Butcher in 2004 and has two beautiful daughters, Valerie and Sophia.  Johana is a Senior Loan Officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, and her passion is helping first-time homebuyers, Spanish-speaking buyers and other under-served communities. She has a Business Administration Degree from Universidad del Rosario in Bogota, Colombia. 

​Johana was introduced to Lost Children of Peru by Larry Goode, its Founder, while she and Michael were in Israel with their church, Jubilee Fellowship Church.  Even though Colorado is Johana’s home, she has a heart for her people in Latin America and loves contributing to Lost Children of Peru. Michael, Johana and Valerie made their first missions trip to Peru with Lost Children of Peru in March 2017.
